The Board of Directors of Morse Holding Company (a Saudi closed joint stock company) is pleased
To invite the members of the Board of Directors and the esteemed shareholders to attend the third ordinary general assembly meeting scheduled to be held at the company’s headquarters in Jeddah on Saturday, 9/23/2023 at 6:00 PM, to discuss the following assembly items:
1. Vote on the unaudited financial results for the second quarter ending on 06/30/2023
2. Cancellation of the contract concluded No. 22015 dated 12/30/2022, noting that it has not been implemented since its conclusion until the current date, and therefore it shall be considered as if it had not existed.
3. Voting on contracting with Morse for Business Services Corporation, which is owned by a related party, partner Fahd Farouk Hakim, starting from 04/01/2023, regarding the contract to provide business services to Morse Holding Company for a fixed monthly amount of 35,000 per month, which can be increased or decreased by a percentage not to exceed 20%
4. Clearing the members of the Board of Directors from the liabilities of the financial period ending on 06/30/2023.
