The Board of Directors of Morse Holding Company, a Saudi Closed Joint Stock Company, is pleased to invite the members of the Board of Directors and shareholders of the company to attend the Ordinary General Assembly, the second meeting of Morse Information Technology Holding Company, scheduled to be held on Saturday, 05/07/2023 AD at 10:00 AM at the company’s headquarters in Jeddah.

To discuss the following items:

 

1.  Vote on the unaudited financial results for the first quarter ending on 03/31/2023.
2. Completion of the sale of all 867 shares of the company owned by Fesh Fash Company, at the market value on 02/14/2023 AD, at a price of 179.4 riyals per share, and they were purchased by a related party, Dr. Fahd Farouk Hakim, and it will be transferred to his wallet during the current year, no later than 12/31/2023 AD.
3. Completion of the acquisition of the Haraj Net application for a value of 100,000 Saudi riyals, which belongs to a related party (Fahd Farouk Hakim)
4. The signing of a related party (Fahd Farouk Hakim) of a contract to purchase Morse Information Technology Holding Company’s share in Salon Company at a cost of 365,000 Saudi riyals, and has to be paid during the current year 2023
5. Clearing the members of the Board of Directors from any liabilities of the financial period ending on 03/31/2023.
