Based on the invitation from the Chairman of the Board of Directors to the company’s shareholders to attend the Ordinary General Assembly, the second meeting to discuss the items of the Ordinary General Assembly, the Ordinary General Assembly meeting was held at the company’s headquarters in Jeddah on Sunday 12/04/1444 AH corresponding to 06/11/2022 AD at exactly 12:00 pm headed by Dr. Fahd Farouk Hakim announced that the quorum necessary for the assembly to be valid, attended by shareholders representing 50,000 shares representing (100%) of the company's total capital of 50,000 shares. Ms. Atheer Saleh Al-Qurashi was appointed secretary of the association and a vote-collector. Then the president of the association asked the secretary of the association to read the agenda items. After that, the debate was opened. The president of the association asked the shareholders to vote on the items on the agenda.

1) Review of the company's results for the third quarter ending on 09\31\2022 AD.

2) Accepting the resignation of the independant board member (Secretary) Sarah Abdulaziz Al-Zahrani, starting from 01\11\2022 AD.

3) Appointment of Member Rawan Fahad Hakim as a Member of the Board of Directors, re-formation of the members of the Board of Directors as follows: 

-Dr. Fahad Farouk Hakim (Chairman of the Board of Directors)

-Faisal Fahad Hakeem (Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors)

- Tahani Tawfiq Al-Mahmadi (Member of the Board of Directors / Secretary)

- Rawan Fahad Farouk Hakim (Board Member - Managing Director)

The meeting ended at 1:00 PM where the president of the association thanked all the attendees for participating and attending this meeting.
