Based on the invitation of the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Morse Holding Company to the esteemed shareholders, Morse Holding Company announces its invitation to the shareholders to attend the Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting (Second Meeting) on Monday, 11/08/2025 AD, at the company's headquarters in Jeddah, to discuss the items of the Extraordinary Assembly:

1- Canceling the request to notify the Ministry regarding the Extraordinary General Assembly request No. 1830233 dated 28-07-2025 AD

 2- Accepting the resignation of the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, Faisal Fahd Farouk Hakim

3- Selecting a member among the candidates for membership of the Board of Directors

4- Reforming the members of the Board of Directors
