Morse Holding Company announces the signing of a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to obtain an exclusive master franchise agency for the Turkish restaurant and café group BIG MAMAS in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Jordan.

Morse Holding Company will engage Asdaa Financial Consulting to study the project and make the appropriate decision. Notably, BIG MAMAS has specialized in the restaurant and café sector since 1978 and currently owns 47 branches in Turkey, in addition to international branches operated through franchisees in other countries.
