Based on the decision of the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Morse Holding Company regarding the invitation of all shareholders and Board of Directors members to attend the first Extraordinary General Assembly meeting, scheduled to be held on Saturday, 07/03/2026 G (corresponding to 18/09/1447 H) at 10:00 PM Kingdom of Saudi Arabia time, to discuss the following assembly items:

  2. Election of Board of Directors members for the next term starting from 21-03-2026 for a duration of four years.

    Member Name: Dr. Fahad Farooq Muhammad Hakim – Chairman of the Board of Directors.

  3. Election of Board of Directors members for the next term starting from 21-03-2026 for a duration of four years.

    Member Name: Moataz Muhammad Ali Muhammad Wali – Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors.

  4. Election of Board of Directors members for the next term starting from 21-03-2026 for a duration of four years.

    Member Name: Muhammad Farooq Muhammad Hakim – Board Member.
