Invitation to the members of the Board of Directors of MORS Holding Company to attend the first Board of Directors meeting 25-06-2026

Dear Respected Members of the Board of Directors,

Peace, mercy, and blessings of Allah be upon you.

Based on the decision of the Chairman of the Board of Directors of MORS Holding Company, Dr. Fahad Farooq Hakeem, regarding the invitation to all members of the Board of Directors to attend the first Board of Directors meeting, which is scheduled to be held via modern technology means on Thursday, June 25, 2026, at 10:00 AM, to discuss the following agenda items:

  1. Approval to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with "iMENA" Company (which owns the Jeeny ride-hailing company and the Keshha application, in addition to its other projects) in order to enter as a partner (shareholder) in MORS Company and its projects.

  2. Granting all powers to the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Fahad Farooq Hakeem, to discuss and negotiate in accordance with the powers granted to him under the company's Articles of Association.

  3. All procedures and the outcome of the negotiations shall be subject to the approval of the shareholders through the General Assembly of the company.
