1. Investment in Iqrar Platform (75% stake).
2. Investment in Shahna project (51% stake).
3. Investment in Kitch Mode ("cloud kitchen") project (51% stake).
4. Agreement with Asda Financial (70% revenue share via Morse Holding).
5. Agreement with Diyar Al-Muttahida Real Estate Services (70% revenue share via Morse Holding).
6. Disclosure procedures necessitated the Board meeting; the outcomes will be presented to the shareholders for voting in the General Assembly.
