Morse Holding Company invites its Board Members to attend the second Board of Directors meeting for the year 2025, scheduled on Wednesday, 4/6/2025, at the company’s headquarters in Jeddah.

The agenda includes the following:

1. Investment by Morse Holding Company in the Iqrar Platform project by acquiring a 75% stake through partnership in Iqrar Platform LLC.
2. Investment by Morse Holding Company in the Shahna project by acquiring a 51% stake through partnership in Iqrar Platform LLC.
3. Investment by Morse Holding Company in the Kitch Mode project ("cloud kitchen") by acquiring a 51% stake through partnership in Iqrar Platform LLC.
4. Agreement with Asda Financial to manage its business via Morse Holding Company for a 70% share of the revenue from operations conducted solely through Morse Holding Company, and disclosure of ownership through Board Member Dr. Fahd Hakim Farouk.
5. Agreement with Diyar Al-Muttahida Real Estate Services to manage its business via Morse Holding Company for a 70% share of the revenue from operations conducted solely through Morse Holding Company, and disclosure of ownership through the Chairman of the Board Dr. Fahd Hakim Farouk.
6. In accordance with disclosure procedures, this invitation is made for the Board of Directors meeting, and the results will be transferred to the shareholders for voting through the General Assembly as per disclosure requirements.
