The official launch of the Al-Mazad International App, in which Morse Holding owns a 26% stake.

The decision to increase Morse Holding’s investment in Al-Mazad International.

Expansion of the company’s investments by acquiring a 75% stake in Eqrar Platform Company, subject to the approval of the Ordinary General Assembly.
Accordingly, matters requiring shareholder approval will be presented and discussed during the upcoming Ordinary General Assembly Meeting.
